I have a size 48 and 22 was perfect. It is long but can be easily shortened and sewn by hand. The sleeve is also long but can be easily shrunk. I'm very happy ..
The one downside that I can have, is that some sequin is badly sewn and that is important. But I'm very happy. Thank you .

The dress is very beautiful. I recommend to take my European size. Was afraid that the dress would be small and took a size larger. Turned out to be large and must be sown. This is my mistake.
