Orders & Shipping


All orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 business dayw. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Note: During sale periods we endeavor to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.

International Worldwide Shipping

  • Receive your purchases in 3-5 working days after your order has been accepted. It may take an additional 2-3 business days subject to custom clearance.

Domestic Shipping within India

  •  Metro deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Regional deliveries may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Note: For made to order dresses, it may take additional 12-14 days for the dress making. You can expect these orders to be delivered in 14-25 business days.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.


    You are on our India based store and we ship internationally all over the world. 


    Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

    All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.

    We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

    Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.


    For worldwide shipping, we use Yanwen Express, DHL, FedEx's International Priority service.

    For domestic orders, Delhivery is our logistics partner.


     

    Free Express is available on orders over $250. There will be no additional charges at checkout.

    Express orders below $250: $20

    All prices are shown in USD.


    Most products are subject to the payment of import duties (e.g. in the U.S.) or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. 

    If these are applicable, they will be levied and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. 

    Please check your country's import policy to understand and ascertain the applicability of and your liability for any such duties or taxes for the products you purchase. 

    All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your (and not our or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered.

    Payment of the above-referred duties, charges and taxes are not our (or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) responsibility.

    We shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.


    Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store, this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.

    If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.


    If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Client Services immediately.

    If your order has already been processed, BAUBLE BUY accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our Returns process is available for changing incorrect items.

    Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring redirection fees. BAUBLE BUY reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.


    Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and in My Account for clients who were logged in when placing their order. Alternatively contact Client Services for all Online Store and order enquiries.

    Transaction processing is based in India, your bank may apply international transaction fees.


    Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 2-3 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.

    Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

    Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

    We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

    Signing For Your Purchase

    You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
